Carnival Cruise Lines' largest and most innovative ship, Carnival Dream, comes into service in September 2009. Among her features, she will boast more outdoor deck space, more stateroom categories, the largest spa in the fleet, Carnival Waterworks and a new dining and entertainment complex called The Piazza.
The ship will cruise a short Mediterranean season in the autumn of 2009 and then move to operate seven-night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral. Prices start at £1,369 per person for a 17 night transatlantic fly/cruise from Rome to New York or from £1119 per person for a nine-night Caribbean fly/cruise.
